MOBILE BANKING

Mobile Banking offers self-service banking from your smartphone anytime from almost anywhere using your existing Online Banking credentials.

To enroll in Mobile Banking, log into Online Banking, click on the Options tab > Mobile Settings > Web Mobile Settings and complete the required information
*Mobile Deposit only works with the AHB banking apps.

BILL PAY

This optional Online Banking service is a convenient and secure way for you to make payments to anyone, whether it be a national credit card company or the local paper boy, without ever having to buy a stamp or write a check.
  • Create a database of payees

  • Pay bills from multiple checking accounts

  • $3.00 per month for the first 10 transactions; $0.40 for each transaction thereafter

MOBILE DEPOSIT

Banking that keeps YOU mobile! With American Heritage Bank's Small Business Mobile Deposit, you can deposit checks via our AHB app using your iPhone or Android device from anywhere at any time.
To get set up with mobile deposit, call customer service at (918)224-3210, visit one of our convenient locations or send a secure message via Online Banking.
Great for small businesses with the following:
  • Low check volume
  • No need for detailed reporting or audit trail
  • No need for multiple users
Eligibility Requirements for Small Businesses:
  • Must be enrolled in AHB Online Banking under business
  • Must have an AHB checking or savings account that has been opened a minimum of 90 days
  • Must not have any returned checks in the last 6 months
  • Checks MUST be properly endorsed
Mobile Deposit Guidelines
  • Mobile Deposit is $0.75 per deposit
  • Daily deposit limit of $5,000 per day and $20,000 per month*; no item limit
  • Daily cutoff time of 6:00 PM CST
  • Only deposit checks payable to Business.
  • Endorse with Business name and “For Deposit Only AHB” on back of check
  • After item has posted to account, print “Mobile Deposit” and date on front of the item
  • Retain deposited items for no more than 14 days after deposit before destroying
  • DO NOT deposit foreign items (not drawn on a U.S. Bank), money orders, savings bonds, returned checks or altered checks
*No limit adjustments allowed
Service Termination
Service may be terminated at AHB’s discretion upon the occurrence of one or more of the following:
  • Any attempt to duplicate a deposit in any manner
  • Any suspicious activity including depositing fraudulent items
  • Excessive returned items or chargebacks
  • If customer is no longer enrolled in mobile banking and/or online banking
Funds Availability:
Funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal. Our policy is to make funds from your check deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. For determining the availability of your deposit, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before 6:00 PM CST on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after 6:00 PM CST or on a day we are not open, we will consider the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.

ESTATEMENTS

Access and manage your eStatements through Online Banking. eStatements are available the business day following the statement date.
